Scores plan against problem without running the optimizer: objective
totals, timing, loads and constraint violations. Tasks absent from every
route are reported as unassigned. A solve response's plan goes in as it
stands.

The request passed every check made before travel times are fetched. warnings may contain warnings; none are produced today.
The 200 body of POST /v3/routing/validate/{solve,evaluate,suggest}: the
request passed every check a real call runs before the matrix fetch.
